With over five years of experience in theatre and healthcare settings, I currently serve as a Receptionist at Aset Private Hospital. Before joining Aset, I spent several years at St Helens Hospital, where I honed my skills as a Dual Role Practitioner in the theatre department.
The experience I gained in the Theatre provided me with a deep understanding of the importance of meticulous record-keeping and patient care, which has been invaluable in my transition to the administrative side of healthcare. My time there also gave me the opportunity to develop strong communication skills, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that every procedure ran smoothly and that patient needs were met with the utmost care.
Now, as a Receptionist at Aset Private Hospital, I bring this wealth of experience to my role. I manage key administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, drafting hospital letters, and coordinating clinics with surgeons.
