With a background in finance and a successful transition into cosmetic healthcare five years ago, I bring a unique perspective and a dynamic energy to my role as a Healthcare Assistant. My journey from finance to healthcare has allowed me to develop strong organisational and analytical skills, which I now apply to supporting the nursing team and ensuring the smooth operation of patient care. This blend of experience has given me a well-rounded approach to patient support, combining efficiency with empathy.
What I love most about my role is the opportunity for 1:1 patient care. I thrive on the personal connections I make with patients, providing not just physical assistance, but also emotional support during their stay. My naturally bubbly personality and positive outlook help create a welcoming and comforting environment for both patients and colleagues.
